What is a Japanese Knotweed Report?

A Japanese Knotweed Report consist of two parts. The first part is to identify your property/ land and highlight the areas where knotweed is detected and its distance to your house or building.

The second part of the report is calculating the risk the knotweed poses to the property and any damage that has occurred. The knotweed report will categorise the level damage in one of four categories. Where category 1 and 2 require no further action and no treatment or category 3 and 4 where further action is required with possible treatment.

The report will also include a timeline or treatment as well as costs.
